This company provides year-around weekly service charged at a monthly premium. Premiums are based on property size.
We create weekly appointments based on the crew schedule. This creates an efficient schedule. We are able to offer affordable prices by way of these cost savings.
We strive to meet every appointment. If we cancel an appointment, part of your next payment will be removed.
There will be a one-hour arrival window permitted on every appointment. If we arrive outside that window, we will communicate that to you.
You will receive an email after every visit explaining what was done with specific pictures of your property.
We operate from a 10-step protocol on all maintenance. This allows us to keep track with the needs of your property.
Automatic notifications are sent out for every appointment: an email at 6pm the day before and a text at 7am the day of the appointment.
There is an option to pay the monthly premium manually through a provided link, or automatically on the day of your choosing.
You will be able to login to your account if we have your email on file. Through this, you can see all scheduled appointments, invoices paid and due, and submit any work requests.
